After Effects has been one of my greatest tools for design and not just video editing or motion graphic development. After Effects can be a great supplementary tool for 2d design as well, and I use it for several specific instances where it outshines photoshop with its effects library. Having said that, After Effects is first and foremost a compositing software for video. Here are a few of my recent works with motion graphics.

About Me

My name is Matthew Ward and I'm a media specialist. As a media specialist I have wide range of skills that span across several creative mediums, such as photo editing/manipulation, graphic design, web-design, motion graphics and compositing, 3d modeling and texturing, and even game design.

I have an educational background in multi-media, supporting all the mediums listed above. This diversity allows me to work on many different types of projects or find methods to combine program knowledge to achieve desired effects.
